Deep Front Line

This Monday Pop Up is a hatha style class.
The Deep Front Line is a line of fascia that runs from the feet to the jaw. It is our core and connects all the muscles, bones and tendons etc.
This class is to follow that line and make sure we have control and connection all the way up. This gives us a real insight into our core and all its benefit
The class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, giving you insight to improve your practice.
