Couch to 5K Course - Fakenham, Friday Evenings

Why not join us for our 10 week Couch to 5K programme, suitable for all abilities?


Runners-next-the-Sea is a small, friendly EA Affiliated running club based in Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk coast. Every year we hold Couch to 5K courses, in both Wells-next-the-Sea and Fakenham, aimed at anyone who would like to give running a go. No previous experience is necessary although we also welcome former runners who would like to build up their fitness again.

❇️ Suitable for all ages and abilities. Minimum age 18.
❇️ A one hour session each week with tuition provided by qualified coaches, supported by club members
❇️ Only £20 for the whole programme – just £2.00 per week!
❇️ Concluding with a 5K group ‘graduation’ run.
❇️ If you decide to join Runners-next-the-Sea at the end of Couch to 5K your course fee will be deducted from your membership!
