FREE Classic Flow with Yoga Teacher Trainees

This class is FREE to the community and will be led by our current cohort of yoga teacher trainees as they near the completion of their 200-hour study and certification!

Classic Flow is our signature practice! You will move your spine in all 6 directions, gain strength, balance and flexibility. Class moves breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. While the sequence remains consistent, each experience is unique based on the instructor and people in the class. Room heated between 80 - 90 degrees.

While this event is free, online sign-up is still encouraged to make sure we have a spot for you!
