As the waves provide a rhythmic backdrop you'll be guided through a meditative journey accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls gongs native american flutes and chimes. Hosted by sound healers Kelly C Hollie and JP.

The calming sounds and guided meditation will help you release tension promote mindfulness and restore balance. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to sound baths this event welcomes all to bask in the tranquil energy of the beach setting.
