We’ll begin with a Connection Circle—a grounding space where we’ll open up with light icebreaker questions, share what season of life we’re currently in, and reflect on what it means to show up for ourselves. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply seeking a moment of peace and connection, this event is for you.
Expect gentle movement, intentional breathwork, and the calming sounds of the ocean. To wrap it all up, we’ll host a fun raffle giveaway for attendees!
