Will Vendors and Organizations take Credit Cards?
CASH IS KING!!- not all vendors, raffle tables, and nonprofit organizations will be excepting credit cards or pay apps.
I'm a not for profit...what do I need to have to be a part of the event?
All vendors and nonprofit organizations need to have the proper forms present during this event, if not available you will be asked to leave. Please check in with Town Hall in Holly Hill, SC.

Do I need a business license?
If you are a For Profit vendor and are participating in the show with a stand, you have to have a business license from the town of Holly Hill
Do I need to pre-register?
All vendors, nonprofits and business owners must preregister with Natalie prior to the event before August 16th. You can contact her via messenger or call Mac’s Diner (803)496-0337. We are asking for a small donation fee depending on what you are doing (donations requests vary). Space is limited and Food Vendors need not apply. We have that part covered. Thank you!
I'm a vendor and/or not for profit, where will I be placed at the event?
All vendors and nonprofits will be placed in the Town Hall field. You will be directed on where to set up once you arrive. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10:00 a.m. and no later than 11:00 a.m.
Nonprofits you are encouraged to find unique ways to raise money. We do ask that you stay away from any food items. We strongly suggest doing raffles, games, donation buckets…..
