Join local Health & Stretching Coach Cherie Tripp for a full-body stretch class and a pint of your favorite beer! This class targets your hips, hamstrings, and back with 2-5 minute stretches, perfect for easing tension and boosting flexibility. All levels are welcome, with options to modify or deepen stretches based on your needs! Whether you’re desk-bound or always on the move, this class will focus on loosening up your hips, hamstrings, and back with stretches held for 2-5 minutes. It’s the perfect way to release tension, challenge your flexibility, and calm your mind. All levels welcome – we’ll offer plenty of options to modify or deepen the stretches, depending on how you're feeling that day!

This class will be outside in our beer garden. Please bring a yoga mat and wear your sunscreen.
