It is actually spelled “Schmear.” Sorry to those we offended. Back by popular demand, join our Bagels & Schmears Workshop with Alex Artinian. Learn the best techniques for making, rolling and boiling and baking the dough. While the dough rests, you’ll learn how to make lox as well as three other types of smears.
