Naturalist Susie Spikol and her new book "Forest Magic For Kids"
Susie Spikol introducing and signing her new book Forest Magic For Kids at a special event at Beaver Brook in Hollis. Come for an entertaining discussion of her book filled with imaginative and informative activities that will engage kids with the natural world. Included are “how to find fairies, make a secret fort, and cook up an elfin picnic” Bring your own picnic for afterwards and enjoy the woods and trails that surround Beaver Brook. Susie Spikol has been a teacher-naturalist for over 30 years at the Harris Center For Conservation In Education in Hancock. She is also the author of The Animal Adventurer’s Guide and the forthcoming The Book Of Fairies.
