Join Pop Up Paddle Adventures as Erika Peters and Amanda Seelman with Pura Vida create a unique opportunity to connect with nature and experience the profound benefits of sound healing. It's a holistic journey that combines the elements of water, breath, and sound, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply centered.
The therapeutic sounds of nature, crystal singing bowls, chimes and drums will soothe you while you float peacefully on your SUP board, or kayak, allowing the gentle ripples of the water to lull you into a state of tranquility. Feel the vib rations reverberate through your body, helping to release tension and energetic blockages, and create a sense of harmony within.
