At Disability Network Lakeshore, we're excited to celebrate a major milestone — the 35th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
Signed into law in 1990, the ADA is a landmark civil rights law that protects the rights of people with disabilities. To honor this historic moment, we’re hosting a community celebration — and you’re invited!

This FREE event is open to people of all abilities and will feature:
A brief presentation honoring the ADA
Complimentary hot dog lunch – first come, first served
Arts and crafts stations
Live music by local guitarist and singer, Nate Dill
Access to community resources and partner organizations

Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
Entry Fee: $50 per team (includes two limited-edition t-shirts)

Rain Clause: This event will take place rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the event may be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. Sponsorships will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to our Home Repair Program.
