Ease into your day with energizing movement, then melt into stillness as a sound bath of gongs, singing bowls, and ethereal tones surround you. Let the vibrations take you on a journey into a peaceful deep relaxation!

Admission includes yoga, sonic sound bath and a tasty brew at conclusion!
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket/pillow... anything that will get you comfortable for the sound bath.
