About the event

Seed Swap with Lewis County Garden Club

Harvest time is around the corner! Spread the bounty as we begin to wind down summer with the Lewis County Public Library and Archives and the Lewis County Garden Club. The Seed Swap is a chance to exchange with other gardeners and to begin a seed library for the community. This time of sharing will include seeds, tips, and tricks. This event will be held at the library on Saturday, August 16th, at 2:00 PM.

The Seed Library will be a community resource that patrons will be able to “borrow” seeds, plant, harvest, and return the new seeds so the community at large can grow together. Please remember to have your seeds packaged and labeled.
