Stop by for a brief visit at our ranger information table at milepost 386 in Tennessee to learn about the extraordinary life of York, a member of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. By exploring the world he was born into, his vital contributions to the expedition’s success, and the challenges he faced in shaping his own path, we come to understand how his story reflects the very essence of resiliency.

We’ll be set up at the Meriwether Lewis Visitor Information Center (Milepost 386 on the Natchez Trace Parkway) on Saturday, September 13, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. We hope to see you there!
