Description: Gardening for Wellness: Nourish Your Body, Mind & Senses
This interactive workshop explores how gardening can support whole-body wellness—from how we eat and manage stress to how we reconnect with ourselves and the natural world. Through gentle hands-on activities, sensory experiences, and guided reflection, participants will discover how even small moments in the garden can restore balance, calm the nervous system, and nurture both body and mind.

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical, approachable ways to bring these ideas into everyday life. Whether that looks like tending a small container garden, engaging more intentionally with an existing space, or simply slowing down and bringing mindfulness into daily meals, everyone will walk away with tools they can use right away.
