Susanna Mittermaier is a psychologist and the founder of Pragmatic Psychology. She has worked with thousands of people worldwide over the last 15 years and is always amazed at how much bodies can change by changing the mindset with simple tools and new and pragmatic perspectives.
Jürgen Funk is an athlete and former professional soccer player. Jürgen has a very unique and pragmatic approach to bodies and movement. He knows how easy it can be to change bodies and the success that can come from having ease and joy with our bodies.

In these 2 days you will not only learn pragmatic, powerful, new tools for the change you are asking for, we will also show you with practical exercises how to communicate with your body to continue to allow change after the course.
This course is in German and translated into English. You can ask your questions in English. If you would like to have translation into other languages, please let us know. The recordings of the class are included.
