An evening of relaxation, mindfulness, and inner connection. Join us for this special event at Bluegrass Professional Counseling of Hodgenville as we lower the lights and surround ourselves with night skies, galaxies, and find connection under the stars.

We will start with a gentle yoga flow, movement, and meditation taught by a certified Accessible Yoga instructor creating an atmosphere suitable not just for experienced yogis but also beginners, seniors, and those with chronic illness or mobility barriers. Next we will explore a variety of relaxing and restorative postures, all under a projected galaxy.What to bring? Yoga mat if you have one, some will be provided, a couple of throw blankets, a cushion to sit on if you'd like.What to wear? Clothes you feel comfortable moving and laying in. Feel free to wear your PJs!
