About the event

Community Connect Vehicle - Dementia Action Week
Our Community Connect Vehicle will be at Clements Hall leisure centre from 10am-12pm on Wednesday 21st May in support of Dementia Action Week.

In attendance will be Social Prescribers, the mental health charity MIND, health checks, Carers Intensive Support Team as well as lots of advice and information for people living with dementia and their carers.
