Outdoor Donation-Based Yoga Class 🌿🧘‍♀️

Join me for a heart-centered outdoor yoga class where we’ll move, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves and the earth beneath us. This class is offered by donation — give what you can and receive an hour of body-mind connection, grounding movement, and mindful presence.

✨ Donations can be:

Money (any amount)

Non-perishable food items

A good book you’ve loved

Flowers from your garden

Anything that feels like a meaningful exchange

This is more than a class — it’s a reminder of the flow of energy between giving and receiving. Your offering supports not only your own well-being, but also mine, as this is part of how I support myself. All forms of exchange are accepted with deep gratitude.

We will meet at the bench in the parking lot to your immediate left hand side.

Bring a mat, a towel, a friend, and an open heart. Let's share in the joy of movement and community, surrounded by nature. 🌞🌸
