The Frogs of Blackbird State Forest ~ Ashland Nature Center

Blackbird State Forest is famous for its diversity and abundance of frogs and harbors several rare species. Join us for an evening with Jim White, Herpetologist and author of Amphibians and Reptiles of Delmarva in the wetlands of the forest. In this location, hear the loud chorus of many species, wade into the water at night, see these courting amphibians for yourself, and be ready of an experience of a lifetime. This is truly one of the greatest natural spectacles in Delaware, and one you will never forget. Led by Jim White and Jeffrey Gordon. Van transportation is included.
