4 Week class, addressing weight-loss differently.
We will not work out, but instead, we will achieve changes via the emotions and releasing emotions that cling onto things with bodywork movements and addressing root-cause issues.
You will journal, work in partners during class, evaluate what our bodies are telling us, and understand what the underlying sticking points are. This is a long-term class for a complete transformation, but you must be ready to do the work.
Build the structure, establish the habits, and watch the weight begin to unravel its death grip on you.
You will feel amazing & likely sleep very well every time you leave. This is not a class to rush through - give yourself your time and energy. You will be treating yourself to relaxing bodywork while eliminating emotional blockages to your ideal bodyweight.
See you there! Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water, a pen and notebook.
Price includes your partner - Just bring them with you!
If one partner can't come to all sessions, you're free to bring a different one if they can't make one of them.
4 weeks, same time (or jump into an alternate class if timing mandates that day).
This series is Tuesdays at either 10am-11:30am or 3:30pm-5:00pm January 20, January 27, February 3rd, and February 10th!
