Tsungirirai is a Zimbabwean born, London raised singer & song writer currently based in Vietnam. In recent months she has released a slew of singles and has been gigging around Vietnam & Cambodia. Catch her Revived debut showcasing some new and old original tracks!
A live rap performance by Surfboi c, a Dutch HipHop artist and creative who killed it at his past two Revived appearances at homeless rooftop. Surfboi is having a busy year after releasing an EP and several singles he’s gearing up for another EP release after the summer as well as collab tracks for Revived.
After the first hour we will kick off party vibes with 4 great selectors taking us dancing into the late night!
First up, Missy J
An established DJ in Saigon for several years with recent regular performances at hotspots such as Boosh, Commune Bar, & Sky 9 rooftop. Missy J is best known for playing Dancehall, Afrobeats and Hiphop but also plays other genres too such as Trap, UK Garage, Disco and House. Missy J has been a prominent figure in promotions Afro and urban sounds throughout the city.
Jen Hoang next will take us up a level with a set of high energy Rap/Trap & Grime bangers with maybe some Afro/Latin/UK bass influences thrown in to give a signature Jen Hoang twist. Jen has recently founded her own collective and promotion called Globass and is a regular DJ at many of the cities best late night spots such as Banana Mama, Papaya Papa, Broma, Boosh & The Loft.
Skint Mustard will bring an authentic UK sound to the event with a DJ set of Grime, UK garage & more. Expect heavy bass, throwback bangers and surprises from the south Londoners set, ensuring to keep the energy lively.
Closing out the event is an upcoming star in Vietnamese nightlife, DJ Pinkimoon.
Pinki is a multi genre DJ from Vietnam who has been killing the Saigon scene for a minute. A resident at Broma and regular appearances at Neighborhood, Familigia and 84hood to name a few she has been promoting female DJs in the scene and making a name for herself with diverse sets of Reggae/Dancehall, Trap, Jersey, RnB, Hiphop/Trap, House and bass music genres. Fusing many sounds in her sets, you never know what turn it might go next. Expect the unexpected to keep you dancing until close!
