🏐 Beginner Class with Coach Jesse (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM): Always wanted to try pickleball but don't know where to start? This one-hour class is made just for you! Learn the basics, fundamental techniques, and rules from our expert Coach Jesse Rider. Get comfortable on the court and see why pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports!
❄️ Ice Bath Recovery (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM): After an energetic morning on the courts, it's time to cool down and recover like a pro! Recharge Việt Nam will be on-site offering revitalizing ice bath recovery sessions. Experience the benefits of cold therapy for muscle recovery, reduced soreness, and a mental boost.
