Tea meditation is stopping, a resting place for us to come together in an intimate setting and explore deeper truths that live within us. It’s an opportunity to come back to our being, not being something or trying to be. Simply being. A remembering of our innate being that is resting and presence beneath all movements of life.

What to Expect:
​Tea Meditation is a shared practice of self-inquiry, an invitation to turn your attention inward. Through tea and meditation, we create a space for connection, listening, and sharing—a dance to the sound of self-exploration. It’s a practice of letting go of mental constructs and returning home to what has always been present within you.

​Let’s gather around the tea table and meet ourselves in stillness, together.

​If we do not meet minimum reservations we may have to cancel this evening. In that case we will refund or credit reserved guests.

​​1 reservation = 1 person 👤

​​We have a strict no cancellation / no reschedule policy. Please consider this before booking 🚫📅.

​​No parties larger than 4, no exceptions. If we see large groups at the tea lounge, we reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave ❌👥.
