The popular Pat Stevenson trail clinic was canceled last year. Well, cheer up. Pat will be giving his trail clinic here at the Red Oak Ranch on May 24th. This one of the best trail clinics anywhere so don't miss out. I am limiting the number of participants to 16 and the cost will be $50 which will be non-refundable. I am sure it will fill up and will keep a waiting list so if something happens that you can't make it, you can s ell your spot.
Pat will have handouts, and we will go over general info first, then we will get into the hands-on part. For anyone that didn't see the original post, here is the description of how the clinic will be done.
The attendees set up the course with the guidance of Pat. He will tell you how to set up each obstacle and why, with measurements, how to navigate each obstacle, what the judge is looking for, and how you are scored on the obstacle.
After it is all set up, I will have a couple of riders to ride the obstacles, one at a time, and you will score them. Then you will all go over how you scored and why. After that you each will ride the course and get scored by Pat. After that you can stay and ride the course and practice what you learned.
