Join us for a transformative 5-week HypnoBirthing® class series designed to help you prepare for a calm, confident, and informed birth experience.

• 5 consecutive Saturday mornings
• 2 hours per session
• Attendance at all 5 classes is required

• Positive distraction tools for labor
• Stages of labor and the role of the birth partner in each stage

This is a comprehensive childbirth education class that will empower you and your partner with practical tools and knowledge for a peaceful and empowering birth.
