Many people experience feelings of stress and anxiety or feel overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. These classes will explore methods derived from Buddha’s teachings that help to let go of fear and anxiety and work with challenging situations in a positive, life-affirming way.

Fee £6.00 per class or £24.00 for 5 classes (payable on the door via card or cash) / FREE for members
