Trim and Tonic

What a year for Team Clarence, we want to say thank you and offer a FREE event which will start and finish at the bar. This is for those that are looking at making one small change with other like minded people, not costing a penny but a tonic to feel better and to get out in the fresh air with others.

Bring the dogs, bring your headphones if chatting isn't your thing, leave the noise behind and walk with us and clear them cobwebs!

Starts this week and option for a FREE confidential weigh in, zero judgement, zero cost - free accountability. (This is totally optional just arrive in advance if this is for you from 10am)

All you need to do is wear comfy shoes, bring a piece of fruit so that we can fill the fruit bowl and empty on our return!

The intention is to back ready for you to enjoy your day for midday.
