Our 5 week Physio led Pilates course is suitable for anyone in pain, recovering from an injury, surgery or pregnancy through to those who want to strengthen up and exercise.
It is a safe and effective form of low impact strength training and can help to ease or prevent -
Back pain
Neck pain
Shoulder pain
Hip pain
General muscular or joint aches & pains
Pilates can also be used for rehab purposes after surgery and is also perfect & prescribed for both pregnancy and post pregnancy recovery.

Pilates strengthens -

Pilates Instructor -
Classes are led by a qualified musculoskeletal physiotherapist who is experienced in rehabilitation using exercise and is trained in advanced clinical Pilates with 8 years teaching experience within the NHS & privately.
Class Sizes -
These are small to ensure individuals receive suitable hands on guidance throughout with exercises being modified to the individual. They can be adapted to all levels and individual needs to aid your recovery or strengthening process.
The classes run weekly over a course of 5 weeks to ensure that the most benefit is gained from classes.
Class duration is 1 hour.
Our aim is to improve your strength, mobility, body awareness and breathing control helping relaxation and improving mindfulness and well being.

Prior to starting class, a Physio led Pilates specific assessment may be required to teach the basic positions ensuring everyone starts with the same level of knowledge and core awareness.
