Soul Solutions Hypnotherapy is now proud to offer an amazing breathwork exercise called BREATHPOWER, which has been proven to bring about a profound change in participants.
It’s an experience like no other, and very unique.
The BREATHPOWER session combines psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP, and psychodrama to bypass conscious resistance and reach the core of who you are, and what you have been holding on to.
BREATHPOWER leads you on a journey of letting go of what is holding you back, designing a future of your dreams, and becoming the person you need to be to live the life you want, rebirthing into the new you!
The session includes psychological techniques to aid development and growth, suggestions to activate curiosity about the potential future, and to open the mind to let go of unconscious held negative beliefs, resolve old conflicts and heal emotional wounds, and traditional breathwork practices to achieve altered states of consciousness, some have even had outer body experiences.
Held at The Singing Bowl, 9 Clarendon Road, Hinckley, LE10 0PJ. Free car parking at rear, or please park courteously to residents on the road.
Sunday 7th September 2025 starting promptly at 2.30, no late admissions, so please arrive between 2.00 - 2.20 latest.
We provide a yoga mat, but if you have a preferred one, a flat pillow, please feel free to bring them. Be comfortable.
