Full Moon Yoga and Sound Bowls

The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves you, inviting you a chance to expand your mind and body and enhance your connection to the natural world. You will enjoy a mellow flow yoga class followed by the enchanting sounds of our crystal bowls. Using the power of the moon, ocean and sound to bring balance, relaxation, and peace.
