Beach Yoga at the Omni

From March 22nd to Labor Day!
Join us at 9:00am on Saturdays at the Omni Oceanfront Resort located at 23 Ocean Lane
Walk to the sand and look for the American flag!
Connect your breath to the soundtrack of the ocean!
All ages and levels welcome
Bring a towel, hat, sunblock, water and an open mind
$20 per class
​We are still offering private classes at the beach location of your choice for $100 per hour for up to 4 people and then $20 per person after
