MASTERING THE "GAME" OF CHANGE

What if there is a way to bring about change by understanding all of the components involved in the change? For this full-day training, we use the analogy of a chess game to create positive change in 6 steps, to enable paradigm shifts to exceed or expand outcomes.

You Will:

• Learn to name the game and know the players
• Learn to claim the outcome & win the game
• Learn strategies to change the game & even create a new game

Sylvia Kahalia Dolena, MBA, MS, worked for Hewlett-Packard (HP) for 18 years, as a Global Programs and Operations Manager and as a Strategic Change Project Manager. She has worked as an external business consultant with HP and other high-tech and retail companies like AMD and Best Buy. Recently, Sylvia was a Project Manager for one Fortune 100 Company's new Leadership Certification Program. She delivers workshops and leadership development programs in Hawai'i and nationally. She holds an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from University of Southern California and an MS in Strategic Management of Technology Organizations from Stanford and IESE, the European School of Business in Barcelona.
