Godzilla vs Biollante

After the previous Godzilla attack, a miniature arms race ensued to collect his cells. Concerned over Godzillas possible return, the Japanese government used the cells to create a new bio-weapon, ANEB (anti nuclear energy bacteria). They seek the aid of geneticist Genshiro Shiragami, whose experiments result in a new mutation.
