Sound is used to relax the nerve and aid in releasing circulation and inflammation for better mind and digestion.

Melatonin Release: The pineal gland is located in the mid-line of the brain that produces melatonin. Enjoy a session entirely concentrated on helping reset and relax your pineal gland and para-sympathetic nervous system to aid in better rest and feeling refreshed.
