Breathwork & Movement – A supportive Hatha yoga flow for all levels, paired with guided breathwork to release tension and cultivate inner strength.

Herbs & Self-Care – Discover herbs and self-care practices that help break old cycles, support resilience, and bring in new, nourishing habits.

Tea Ritual – A meditative tea ritual to honor where you’ve been, embrace the present, and set intentions for what’s ahead.
