SolSync Breathwork: A Guided Journey for Heart + Soul Alignment

Step into a transformative journey of release and renewal with our Sonic Neural Breathwork session, lovingly known as the "Freedom Technique." This 90-minute experience includes 40 minutes of active breathing, guiding you through a profound process of emotional and physical liberation.
This trauma-informed practice invites you to let go of past traumas, emotional barriers, and physical tension while feeling fully supported every step of the way. Through the power of your breath, you’ll access an altered state of consciousness where deep healing unfolds—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Whether you’re ready to release what no longer serves you or embrace the freedom within, this session is here to hold space for your unique journey. All that’s required is your openness to explore and trust in your own breath.
Important Note:
This practice is not suitable for individuals with irregular blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or a history of seizures, late-term pregnancy, or bipolar disorder.
Also for your comfort, try not to eat 1-2 hours prior.
