This 1 day indoor event at CENTRE is a nourishing and ‘realistic’ seasonal reset for ALL yogi’s.

It can be hard to get away or give ourselves permission for retreat. This one day eases you into that place, it is affordable and achievable, even for parents and caregivers!!
