Couch to 5K Run/Walk Program

We know that starting a fitness journey can feel challenging, but every great achievement begins with a single step. This program is here to support and guide you, no matter your starting point.

Together, we’ll celebrate every milestone, overcome obstacles, and build strength—both physically and mentally. You’re not just training for a race; you’re investing in yourself and your well-being. Let’s take this journey one step at a time and discover just how far you can go!

What to expect:
9-week wellness program
This 9-week program starts August 13th and culminates at the 2025 St. Joe's 5K & 10K Run/Walk on October 11, 2025.

Two programs available: couch to 5K run and couch to 5K walk.

Three training sessions per week. Each week, participants will train once as a group and the other two sessions are done on your own with the information received from the group training session. The in-person group session will take place at the Hillsboro High School track at 5:30pm.
