Hunter Super Moonrise Hike at Satulah Mountain

When: October 7th, 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Where: Meet at Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park

Join HCLT for a magical evening hike to watch October’s full moon, the Hunter Moon, rise over the Plateau from the summit of Satulah Mountain. Experience the breathtaking sunset views from the west, and watch the Corn Moon rise in the east as you wander through stunning trails. Led by knowledgeable guides from the Highlands-Cashiers Land Trust, you'll discover the beauty of the preserve while soaking in the vibrant colors of dusk and the serene glow of the moon. Bring your family, friends, and a sense of adventure for an unforgettable outdoor experience!
This hike is 3 miles round trip and considered moderate to strenuous.
