Design & Wine with former Chief White House Florist Laura Dowling

Laura Dowling will be in Highlands for a bouquet workshop on Saturday, September 20th 1pm-3pm at High Country Wine & Provisions with proceeds to benefit the Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society.

Laura is a celebrated floral designer, author, and speaker renowned for her innovative approach to floral artistry. From 2009 to 2015, she served as the Chief Floral Designer at the White House, where she was responsible for creating floral arrangements for thousands of events, including state dinners, receptions, and holiday celebrations. Her signature style blends classical inspiration with a modern aesthetic, characterized by lush blooms, entwining vines, and surprising combinations of colors and textures.
