Yoga instructor Laurie Kelly, RYT-200, will lead you through a slower-style Vinyasa flow/Hatha yoga practice, indoors in Studio C of the Performing Arts Academy in Highlands Ranch CO. This isn't "gentle yoga" - but it's suitable for all levels, even those new to yoga. You'll find a calm, friendly, non-judgemental space where everyone is welcome.
These classes are totally free of charge! Laurie is offering these classes in the spirit of Seva - a concept in yoga philosophy that means "selfless service" or "service without expectation". It's about dedicating oneself to the well-being of others without seeking reward or recognition, and to contribute to the well-being of the community and world.
There are six classes available, so sign up for as many dates as you'd like!
