Guided Meditation and Healing Sound Bath

Hello Beautiful Souls! Come join me as I host a Guided Meditation and Healing Sound Bath. Please bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, eye mask, blankets and/or whatever else you may need as you lie on the floor, while I take you on a healing and relaxing journey using guided meditation and playing a melodious and healing sound bath. You owe it to yourself to lie back and allow your chakras to absorb the vibrations from the beautiful frosted crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. If you would like to bring your crystals to be cleansed during the sound bath, please don't hesitate to do so. As a way to enhance your sound bath session, write down your affirmations and bring them with you to hold in your hand as you receive your healing and transmutation of energy. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up. Please do not be late as the session will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. and the doors will be locked.
