Curious about hooping? Join us for the next 6 weeks or pop in and take a class to see if you like it at Highland Activity Center. You will learn learn really easy and fun beginner hoop moves that will wake up your inner child!

We will learn easy and fun moves for all ages, that improve your flexibility, balance, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, burn calories, bring smiles and laughter, make friends and more.
