Dementia Support Group- San Gabriel Highland

If you are caring for a loved one with dementia, the journey can be difficult. You are not alone! Join other caregivers for a monthly support group where we will learn together and support each other.

Light refreshments are provided and care is available for your loved one. Please RSVP to let us know how many to expect.
