Chakra Classes

During this 7-week course, you will explore the 7 major chakras, including the crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras. Each week, we will deep dive into one chakra and then explore it further. By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of each chakra and how it relates to your daily life and health. We will conclude each class with a meditation specifically tailored to clearing and balancing the chakra.

June 18th- Root Chakra
June 25th-Sacral Chakra
July 2nd-Solar Plex
July 9th-Heart Chakra
July 16-Throat Chakra
July 23-3rd Eye Chakra
July 30-Crown Chakra
