We welcome you to join us for this unique experience of floating sound bath performed in aerial hammocks.
This innovative approach provides a sensation of complete weightlessness while floating peacefully in a silk hammock, allowing you to sink into a deeper state of relaxation than you may find in a traditional sound bath.
You will be suspended above the floor, with the harmonious sounds of crystal bowls to help drift you into serenity, the healing vibrations can surround your body in a way that enhances the experience making it a truly special meditation.
This transformative journey may not only provide an opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life but it also allows you to enjoy a moment of tranquility and reconnect with your higher self marking the beginning of your healing journey.
The soothing vibrations will work to release tension, stress and anxiety allowing you to feel refreshed and recharged.
Spaces are limited to 8 hammocks per session. There will be additional air bed option on the floor provided for those who do not wish to float in a hammock.

Our golden silks are strong and holds up to 300kg but can be easily damaged by anything sharp or metal, we kindly ask you to wear comfortable clothing without any zippers or metal studs.
Upon arrival you will be invited in and guided through a light stretch either in your aerial yoga hammock or on the floor with the aim to release tension and unwind, allowing your body to relax.
We will then drop you into a zone by leading you through a light mediation and breath, to set the space followed by a shamanic drumming to awaken and clear unwanted energies within the space and then you will be immersed with the sound of crystal bowls.
To bring you back to the here and now you will be awoken with the gentle sounds of windchimes and voice feeling restored revitalised and at peace.
We will be running the one session, but as spaces fill up additional sessions will be added.
