Amidst the floral festivities of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, this experience invites you to connect with your practice – slowing down, opening mind, and elevating movement.
Each session is a sensory curation exploring a unique meditative landscape, enriched with calming soundtracks and signature scents to create an experience that deepens your connection with self. Whether you’re completely new to these practices or seeking a deeper connection to self, this series offers a space to move, breathe, feel, and bloom.
Over a series of immersive sessions—Reformer Pilates, Yin Yoga, Breathwork meditation, and Soundbath—you’ll be supported in exploring what it means to grow from the inside out. Each class is a step in your personal blooming:
