In accordance with the NHC Constitution, 21 days’ notice is hereby given that an ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING (AGM) will be held on Sunday, 13th July 2025 via a video conferencing system, and in
attendance at High Wycombe Judo Centre, commencing at 10 am.
The Agenda, together with supporting papers, will be circulated on Saturday, 5th July 2025.

The AGM Agenda and Role Description are detailed below. Could volunteers who are
interested in becoming a member of the Committee please submit their application letter to the
NHC Vice Chair by email to

and seconder who is the Chair or Secretary of a current affiliated NHC club. Any serving or incoming
member of the NHC Committee must be a BJA Licence holder with an NHC affiliated club.
Applications must be received by no later than 14 days before the AGM. For the avoidance
of doubt applications are required to be received by 10:00 on Sunday 29th June 2025.
The AGM will transact such other business received in writing by the NHC Chair from Member
Clubs seven (14) days prior to the meeting.
Applicant statements will be circulated by the NHC to all NHC member clubs on the 5th July,
7 days prior to the AGM. For fairness, the statement will be restricted to one document of no more
than two sides of A4 with no more than one photograph included. Applicant statements, including
nominations/applications, must be submitted in PDF format.
