June coffee morning (Adults only)

These are small, informal gatherings where there is an opportunity chat and get to know each other; to support and empathise with each other and to celebrate the little wins.

It is very likely that Liz, Sarah or I have been where you are and can empathise with your story.

It's absolutely ok to sit and listen if life is too overwhelming to engage at the moment. We get it. You can use us as a warm safe space for a couple of hours of peace from family life.
